“Love it! We paid the fee to have it delivered already put together and I’ve never been happier! The delivery team had excellent communication, and they did a great job. It’s a nice sturdy piece of furniture. Seems like it will last a long time. (The tv kinda makes it look small but it is a nice size honestly.) Definitely would recommend.”

Bad and Unresponsive Service from AshComm over Damanged Product

“I waited nearly a month for my order to arrive, only to receive it damaged. I paid over $600 for this furniture, expecting it to arrive in perfect condition, but instead, I received a defective item when it should have been brand new.
Upon discovering the damage, I immediately contacted Ashley and requested a refund, as waiting even longer for a replacement was not an option for me. I was told by AshComm that they would process my refund request, yet over a month has passed, and I have received no further communication. I have been patient, but this delay is unacceptable.
I believe it is unfair to pay full price for damaged furniture, and I expect either a full refund or at least a partial refund. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, and I am willing to reconsider my rating if the company addresses this issue.”

“Was so excited to order this! It looked wonderful but had a very strong chemical smell. Even after letting the product air out it was still very strong and dangerous for us to be inhaling, especially for my newborn. I paid extra for assembly and delivery and was disappointed that the product had to be returned. I did not get my money back for the delivery which was frustrating - this return was not my fault and I was hoping to be able to keep the item. Customer service was very unhelpful and keeps directing me to a third party that never answers the phone so I have lost out on $100 and need to find a new dresser now. I would recommend purchasing from somewhere else with reachable customer service.”

“Do NOT buy this dresser. The smell of the dresser was awful. I cleaned the drawers 5 times with different products, tried everything. Baking soda, vinegar and water, simple green, drawer fresheners, laundry sheets, etc. I purchased for my nursery and my baby’s clothes smell terrible after sitting in the dresser. The drawers also only come out half way and you cannot reach or see the back of the drawer.”

“whoever delivered my dresser didn’t put the legs on correctly and one of the legs came off because it was missing a piece and the other leg was shaky I called to report it damaged so i could get the piece for it, issued a refund, or be sent a new dresser. the 2 people i spoke to said no one would even be able to get here to just look at it for the next 3-4 business days. This is extremely frustrating because this is a huge inconvenience to me and i should not have to be dealing with this as i paid way too much for white glove delivery. this was not white glove delivery and you guys are very negligent to your customers.”
