Not what I expected, not like my old furniture bought in the past

“Cheap engineer wood, Ashley’s quality has dwindled & taken a huge dump in quality materials. Also, not to mention I paid for delivery & for them to assemble it for me. Which they did but the assembled it incorrectly, & also didn’t use all the screws & left without two screws. I didn’t catch it until after they had already left and it’s impossible to get them to replace it, even though it was their mistake not mine. I would have much rather of assembled it myself. Once you assemble it if you try to redo it, it won’t be a sturdy, but I guess they don’t understand. I don’t know why these companies make it impossible to when it was their mistake in the first place, and I guess mine for not micromanaging them and actually trusting them”
