“The frame was great, easy to assemble, but I think I received the wrong support beam. It is too short, and in no way fits this adjustable frame. Just annoying to have to try to resolve.”

“I purchased the queen/king/california king size for my queen bed because it was the same price as the queen with a heavier weight. It is really solid and doesn't make any squeaky noises. Good quality floor glides. Only negative was one side was bent inward where the headboard attaches. I was able to straighten it with a heavy clamp and some muscle without breaking it... so 4 stars.”

Solid rails for my king bed

“I have had these rails for a couple of months now and they are very solid on top of my King bed. I like how they have wheels on them to give a nice amount of height to store items underneath my bed, such as plastic storage bins. In addition, the wheels make it easier to move the bed around to store more items that are not in arms length. Highly recommended.”

“I received a defective product. The center support bar was at least 8 inches too short for this frame. It couldn't be returned to my local store, so we had to frantically go out at night to find a frame somewhere else for our new mattress so we'd have something to sleep on. Customer service originally told me I would have to donate this frame and provide documentation of that in order to get my refund. I told them I wasn't going to run around trying to donate a defective and unusable item, so they agreed to refund my money and told me to dispose of it. This was my first experience shopping with Ashley and will most likely be my last.”
