“Functionally the slats perform their job however they are very noisy and creak at every slight movement in the bed. They were installed according to the directions and are being used by a young child so I can’t even blame the weight of the person as being a possible cause. Due to the noise they make we don’t recommend this item.”

“These slats will do the job. Shipping was prompt and condition on arrival was fine. There were two problems, however: 1) the slats fit a bed that is 54 inches wide, but not the 53 inch width of some full beds -- so the ends needed to be trimmed. 2) two or three days after unrolling on the bedframe, a few of the slats warped noticeably and do not lie flat on the frame, but with the mattress in place it seems stable enough.”

“The full size rails were too short to fit inside our wood frame side rails. We had to add an extra 1-2 inch support to one side of our frame to use them.Then we used several screws into our frame so they wouldn't move.
However, they are cheaper than a box spring, and do provide good support..”

“Convenient when you have a small room, but quality is so-so. It works for our guest room because it isn't frequently used. I wouldn't recommend for daily use unless it's for a small child. Customer service was great. The delivery and assembly was also fast and professional.”

“Very very disappointed in the slats I received. They're extremely thin and seem like they're about to break if I put a little pressure on them, so I can't even imagine setting a whole mattress on top of them. This didn't come with a middle support slat to run in the middle for extra support like I've had with all the other slate/platform beds I've had in the past. I had to purchase a bunkie board to go on top of the slats in hopes of better support, but I'm still worried the slates will break once the mattress is on top along with my daughter's weight. Keep in mind my daughter is only 7 and weighs less then 60 lbs.”
