“Love the look of the bed but is not sturdy and wondering how long it will honestly last. Also the instructions for assembly were terrible. Highly recommend paying for the bed to be assembled if you buy this one!”

“Horrible Horrible customer service experience! I will try my best not to give this company anymore of my hard earned money! I have never been so disappointed in the communication of sales people and management, and fulfillment of a paid for product or service as I am with Ashley Home! I was promised delivery of my furniture by a certain date just to make a sale when they knew it wasn’t possible! Management proved nonexistent and unhelpful!”
