“Was very hesitant about buying this dresser online because I like to see my products before actually making a purchase so I took a gamble with this one and it turned out to be amazing. Assembly was easy, it came with paper instructions, but also an app you can download which works perfectly and gives lots of detail on each step of putting it together. I did make one mistake with the assembly and had to re-order two new pieces. I emailed them on a Monday with the pieces I needed and got them by Thursday that same week. Everything was excellent definitely recommend this dresser.”

“besides coming scratched. the bag intended to reduce moisture. which is just kitty litter.....bust open and scratched everything.
after assembly i noticed the drawers only come open about 6 inches, leaving alot of the drawer still inside.”

“Why would you send someone furniture without instructions or the screws to build it with? when you call, they just send you from person to person, only to be asked for pics. FOR what the screws that are missing??? Never Again I'm so done with Ashley furniture. If it wasn't so much of a hassle I would return everything. #1 furniture store yeah right!!!”

Low quality, small dresser

“Bought this dresser on a budget, wish I spent the extra $30 to get better quality. Putting it together was fine, product comes in two boxes, arrived 3 days apart. Customer service was awful, bounced between reps. Item arrived damaged, sent me a new piece about 10 days after I reported. Finally put together, very disappointed, looks better in pictures. Drawers are cheap, couldn’t get some pieces in flush. It’s not even 3 feet high so be cautious when buying!”

Inaccurate interior drawer height, amongst other concerns, but looks nice and seems sturdy

“The two stars are because it looks nice (and as expected) once assembled and because it seems sturdy. However, I did not give any additional stars due to multiple issues. The biggest issue for me is the drawers are pictured/advertised as being 5 inches tall inside, but they are actually just under 4.25 inches tall. Part of the reason I chose this dresser was specifically the interior drawer height, and now my clothes do not fit as expected. Since the drawer height wasn't as expected, most of my clothes got splinters of wood on them when I first tried to put them in the drawers because the underside of the wood above the drawers is unfinished. The unfinished wood also caused me to get multiple splinters during assembly. Another issue is all of the hardware came in one bag all mixed together instead of being sorted into individual bags and labeled. It was very time consuming to sort through everything in the beginning, but it probably would have taken even longer in the end if I hadn't done that. While the pieces were packaged well and didn't get damaged during transport, they were all very dirty and had to be wiped down repeatedly before beginning assembly. Unfortunately, due to the misleading drawer height, I am now going to have to either get a second dresser to use along with this one or get a new one entirely, which is really unfortunate after about 4-4.5 hours of preparation and assembly today.”

Dresser with huge flaws

“Please be aware of some flaws on this item. The drawers do not come out that far, which makes it hard to reach items in the back. The drawers are not that deep and doesn't hold that many stacked items. The drawers do not use sliders so it is not smooth when you pull it out or push it in. Lastly, there are screws it requires you to screw in where the holes are not even predrilled. The instruction calls for you to punch a hole with a dowl and then manually screw it in.”

“DO NOT BUY THIS! It is not manufactured by Ashley's furniture and has been nothing but a headache since we got it. It is breaking already from normal use and cannot hold any clothing that is heavier than jeans. Please save your money and get something else save yourself!!!”
