“Attempted to order this bed and was sent two of the same parts. It has been over a month and we still do not have the other part or an update on when it would be shipped. We finally asked for a refund and were told two different requirements for how to get a refund, both complete different. Beyond disappointed and frustrated in the customer service and would not recommend this to anyone.”
