“We ordered a king size mattress and added Sleep bundle. Well, my personal opinion the bed is way too soft and the pillow is very thick and firm. I thought ordering a king size mattress I would get king size pillows, but that’s not the case. The pillowcases don’t even fit the pillows. In the middle of the night, I threw the hard pillow on the floor and grabbed my softer pillow. Now this was my first night sleeping in the bed and I guess that’s why they want you to wait 30 days to try it out, but I will not be using that extremely hard thick pillow it hurt my neck first night. ”

If I turn it around to use the flatter side, it is too low. What an expensive mistake. So disappointed. The only thing I do like is the cooling feature works great.”

And my mattress seems to shift forward or to the side I assume from putting it in the up and down positions. And it’s hard to shift the mattress back in place due to the weight of the mattress. Very expensive not much change for my sleeping. I’m still not cool at night, or getting a good massage. ”
