“Not the quality look you see from floor model. Sizeable and see thru gaps between each seat. Ashley tech had to drill new frame holes to close gaps. Upon delivery one recliner would not work. Ashley tech had to fix. You cannot put this 5 inches from a wall and fully recline. It is more like 8 to 10 inches from the wall. The color is nice and recliners fit a 6'2" person comfortably.”

“Went to Ashley's in GIlroy on Black Friday, along with the rest of Gilroy apparently, looking for a new sectional for our living room. The selection was good, we had several to choose from. When we arrived our Salesperson Joe greeted us and said to look around and he was there if we had questions. No high pressure sales, didn't follow us around, pretty much left us alone. We narrowed our selection down to 3 sofas and asked Joe to get us prices. In a very timely manner, Joe returned with the quotes. We told him we wanted to think about it and would give him a call. After a few days, we decided on a sofa and called Joe. Joe remembered us and had kept the quotes and within minutes the sofa was on order. Fast forward to January 10th, 6 weeks later, as promised the sofa arrived. There was a small miscommunication about the take away fee of our old sofa so I was put in touch with Frank the Delivery Manager. After a short conversation, Frank understood the situation and rectified the issue right then. All in All, we received a quality sofa, had great service at the store, and had great customer service. Would absolutely return to Ashley's and will, because now we need new tables to go with the sofa.”
