“False advertisement about it being leather. We have had ours for 4 years and it is trash. The two places my husband and I sit looks like the so called leather completely rubbed off. We purchased the pet warranty and regular warranty and that was a waste of money. No one has tried to help me at all with this issue. I have called numerous times and even went in the store and nothing. I will never buy from Ashley and will tell everyone I know the same. They do not take care of their customers.”
