Warranty even extended warranty

“Love my dream couch but have had issues with some parts both arm have had to be replaced due to electrical plugs not working. After one of my grandkids birthday party which was outside, someone broke my corner sectional cushion, which now sinks in way too far , which they said it’s not cover by warranty even the extended warranty which was costly!!”

“I've had my leather sectional for a little over two and a half years. I love it. Looks great in my newer house. I get lots of compliments about it from guests. Due to the size of my LR, I bought four pieces. I've read some other reviews with people saying "it doesn't hold up well." These I think are the same people that don't take care of their stuff! I was going for the 'simple & modern' look and got it!”

Leather easily damaged, not for families .

“Had the sectional less than 48 hours and it already had 2 scratches into the leather. It is very soft and easily damaged. We did purchase the extra fabric insurance but having to call less than 48 hours after purchasing is a bit much . We had our previous leather sectional for 10 years with zero damage just a little wearing in spots people sat a lot .”

“We have had ours for a couple weeks and so far, we’re thrilled! It’s SUPER comfortable. The material is very soft. The padding is just right. It’s great when sitting upright and the recliner feature is awesome- you move to just about horizontal. Unlike many recliner sectionals it’s not big and bulky (and look like something out of some guys man cave). It’s ultra sleek and stylish. It fits nicely with our mid century modern vibe- can’t say that about many recliner sectionals. More great things- the recliner part moves only forward so you can put it directly against a wall or a corner saving a ton of over wise wasted space. It’s still wide and plush. The armrests are perfect for 2 arms- i wanted to have the left 2 sectional parts BOTH recline so i could recline with my lady and that was no problem- just put in the arm rest in the middle which worked out great. The part that is in the very corner is perfect for a lamp. We ordered a mid century lamp to set there. Could not be happier! It’s big and plush but actually affords us MORE room in the living room as it goes all the way to the wall/corner. I did buy the 5 year protection plan. I think it’s nice enough that if after that time period i would pay a tech to repair it rather than just getting rid of it. It’s that nice. In short- it does NOT look like a recliner which is great.”

“We purchased this beautiful sectional from a local dealer, wonderful knowledgeable staff, smooth leather, light but hardy and the wall hugging feature gave us everything a reclining sectional could with as much seating as possible, and no wierd gaps behind the couch! So clean, modern and something we can be proud of in our new home for years to come! Husband watching the 2020 World Series, pet and kid approved!”

“We love our new modern sectional! The leather is high quality, the sofa is comfortable, the seats are wide, and the style is unique. The low profile headrest allows two of our rooms to feel more connected (not boxed off) and you can even sit on the top of the sofa when casually talking. The headrests are comfortable when raised and can accommodate tall people. Even though everything looks low profile, the seats are at a perfect height (not too low). The recliner is incredible! It is zero clearance so you can put it against a wall and it reclines so much that you can lay almost completely flat. We've never seen a recliner that can recline that much. The only thing I'm not impressed with is the USB port as it is not fast or powerful... it should not take 6 hours to charge my phone. Supposedly, the recliner does not draw power when it's not being used so it's not a vampire electronic (I haven't tested this yet). I bought this without seeing it so it was a huge risk. The grey was thankfully perfect; not too light, not too dark, and not blue. I'm so thankful I took the risk. We did have a little hiccup because nobody realized the arms were completely separate pieces, so if you buy the individual pieces make sure you also buy the arms. It was awkward and surprising to receive a sofa without arms. Thankfully, we got it worked out.”
