“I bought this set during Covid. I live in Wisconsin and it held up fine under tarps until I got a custom made cover. The cushions are very thick and comfortable. My teenaged great niece and I slept on it one night. It was so comfortable. The only con (it's that big of a deal) the middle section came from a different location than the rest of the set and the color is a little lighter. It isn't extreme enough to not accept it or have it returned.”

“DO NOT BUY!! Ashley wont cover anything with the warranty. The customer service department is an absolute joke. No one seems to know anything, they just want to keep transferring your call to a different department. The actual frame on this piece isn't bad. We live in West Texas and we get a lot of wind/dust. The pillows/cushions started to wear out and rip. We bought the warranty and they wouldn't cover it. Then we tried to just order new cushions which they wouldn't sell us. So now we are stuck with a hunk of junk in the backyard.”

“Was great at first- we’ve had the sectional for just a few years and no longer in 1 year warranty. The left side started to discolor and now is completely dry rotted. No replacement part you need to order a whole new seat. Disappointed, can deal with buying PART, not whole new seat.”
