Ok, but bad packaging and below average quality

“Quality is not great at all. Have had a LOT of flat pack style furniture from various places and this is no wear near the quality you'd get from somewhere like IKEA. The dessicant bags inside the box were broken open which meant the white wood rubbed all over it and had permanent marking. Luckily they were in spots that it wasn't visible, but still that was pure luck.”

Good bed, but one complaint

“We love this bed for our 3 year old, it was easy to assemble and is pretty sturdy. However, once you decide which side you want the bookcase on, you cannot change it to the other side. Which is really frustrating and I wish I would have known before buying.. I wouldn't have bought it. We switched it to a different room and now it can only go in one spot in the room.”

Great bed

“This bed is exactly what I was looking for, for my almost 2 year old. We have the mattress directly on the floor which is the only thing I dislike. It is much sturdier then I thought it'd be after reading reviews. My 13 year old son out the headboard together alone. Then my 16 year old daughter put the other part together. They finished quickly with no issues. I love that my son's tablet can charge right there and we can display all of his dinos and some books. Great little bed!”

Great little bed

“We transitioned from a crib with no rail, to this bed and it is perfect for my daughter. You can put the shelves on either side during assembly and it did not take long to put together. The only downside is you cannot fit books on the shelves like shown in the picture, "unless they are tiny". All in all, this is a good purchase for a bed we will use for about 2 years. I would purchase a 10-inch mattress though. Reading some of the comments I went with a 6-inch, but wish I would've bought a 10-inch.”

“Ordered this for our four year old son, and thought it was a good price until we put it together. The place where the bookshelves meet is super weak; do not try and move it after you put it together unless you have two people. It's super rickety. We understand that for a little under 200 bucks it wasn't going to be solid wood, but it definitely could be much sturdier, especially since it's for kids. We don't think it will last until our daughter gets big enough to use it when my son outgrows it. Kind of sad, but I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Worst customer experience ever! I ordered this bed last night at 7pm. Realized the cart changed the bed size to a twin and when I called to upgrade it to a full at 739pm they were closed. I have been on the phone since 9am to fix my mistake and have been told too bad too late it’s your fault anyways by Hazel on chat. Thanks Ashely. So now I am stuck with the wrong size and all customer service can do is blame me All I wanted to do was pay more to upgrade it but now I will never order from this place again! You can’t even get anyone on the line that speaks English as a first language. Buyer Be Ware! Don’t order online it sucks!”

“Purchased this for my 4 year old and immediately regretted it. This is less a bed and more two book cases that attach to each other with a l bracket. There is no platform for the bed, it sits directly on the floor. But luckily, you have two pieces of cheap melamine to hide that fact. I bought this $160, marked down from some ungodly price and still felt like I overpaid by $100. This isn't fine furniture, it's Walmart level quality. Thankfully I was able to return it without having to pay their return shipping fee. Absolutely atrocious experience all around.”

“Worst purchase of my life. I don't know how anyone can recommend this bed frame. It looks good but you literally cannot make the bed! You have to lift up the heavy mattress above the wood boards to put on the fitted sheets, which is IMPOSSIBLE to do on the inside corner. I've never successfully put on the fitted sheet without craping all my knuckles on all the sharp wood edges. Every single edge is an accident waiting to happen. I was terrified of my toddler getting hurt on it, it never felt safe. It went to the dumpster after less than a year. I couldn't even try and sell it to someone else in good faith. Never been so happy to get rid of a piece of furniture!”
