“We really love this! I found it by searching for beds close to the floor for a toddler (she refused her little crib once the side came off) and I don't want to have to pay more for a new bed in a few years. We envision this lasting a while. I WILL say it says "two people can set this up in 25 minutes" and I do not know if I'm slow/cautious/or terrible at building, but it took me about 2 hours. The instructions are clear and easy to use, and you can even watch a video as well, and all the parts are clearly labeled. It comes in two long boxes and take care to keep each package separate (each has parts labeled 1-9 so you don't want to mix up the pieces by accident) but also make sure you pull out the final very thick cardboard backing for the back of each shelf since it comes folded lengthwise and almost appears to be part of the packing material. The backing does not look cheap though, fyi, it is sturyd. This was exactly what we are looking for...it looks beautiful, did not cost us thousands of dollars, and is sturdy and I'm not afraid it is going to collapse on my child. The instructions were WAY easier to understand than rhymes with Sia, and a couple times when I panicked that I had put things facing the wrong way so the unpainted wood would be exposed, it is literally impossible to put it together wrong if you just follow the pictures as they show. This was a great purchase for us and she loves it.”

“The product is very cheap and came damaged. Contacted customer service after 3 weeks because I didn’t have time to open the package. Now they refuse to refund because they say they need me to contact them within 72 hours after delivery.”

Regret buying this bed

“This bed is terrible for a toddler's first bed, plenty of sharp corners to bang their heads on. The mattress is not at all raised, it just sits on the floor. When we bought this bed there wasn't a floor model to look at. We were just surprised when we picked it up at the warehouse. Unfortunately there's no returns on it after you put it together.”

Very cheap mattress surround- not a bed.

“This is not a b bedframe. This is a bed surround. It goes onto to the ground. It is 8 to 10 pieces of 5/8 inch pressboard. The mattress sits on the floor. It is very flimsy.
My skilled husband followed all instructions and one piece split while building it.”
