"Support" of bed frame.

“This bed has absolutely no support whatsoever, I wish I knew this before I bought it. The four little "support" wood it has under keeps getting tilted to very side.”

Broke rails and no support/help

“Drawer rails are broke on the footboard and didn't get the owners manual to get the serial number to have it fixed. The delivery guy "supposedly" sent a message to Ashley about the issue but no record of it. Returned 85% of the order and should have included this (*&^%”
