“Not true to color, way darker than the picture.
Smells like slim Jim . Literally. Hopefully it will fade.
Easy to assemble however some of the upholstery was not cut out and covered where the screw holes were .”

“Ordered this bed , and they rescheduled the delivery 5 TIMES. Horrible customer service telling every time a part is "out of stock" so why was I allowed to purchase it then???
Do not buy online from this store”

Broken after one year

“Had this for a year and the pull out at the bottom as already ripped entirely off when we didn’t even use it and now the middle slat for the king bed snapped in half. No reason a year old bed this expensive should have broken already”

Very flimsy base and slats

“I would give zero stars if possible. The bed base and the slats are very cheaply made. They broke within a week so I quickly got a replacement since I paid for the insurance. They broke again a week later. We even tried to put wood below the base to hold it up. For reference, the bed was a king sized bed and my husband and I have a combined weight of 330 pounds. Do not waste your money.”
