Delivered without Hardware

“Ordered the bed frame and when it was delivered there was no hardware in either of the boxes. Three days later and customer support has yet to email or call us back regarding this. Purchase a bed frame somewhere else if you don’t want to have to sleep with just a mattress on the ground.”
