Horrible Quality

“Horrible quality.
My husband and I received this bed only to find out the middle support was cracked in two places, installed by Ashley furniture.
Ashley gave us a replacement middle support (professionally installed by them again) and it ended up breaking in half, 4 months later.
Extremely upsetting and now I won’t even trust a replacement. Be careful with this one.”

“I would give it a zero stars if possible. Beware. It looks nothing like the pictures. The color of the wood is light orange. Not dark brown like the pictures. When you call customer service they won’t return, they said all sales final. They are not customer satisfaction company. No where on my receipt says all sales final we don’t care if we ship you something that looks like nothing in the pictures!”

“I ordered this bedroom set, and within months, there was what appears to be wormwood damage detected (see attached photos as proof). Customer Service was extremely unhelpful and refused to replace this item, even though they did replace my dresser (after repeated pestering on my end). I would not recommend this piece to anyone unless you want to have wood shavings all over your floors/bedding.”

Termites!!!!

“This bed was delivered with termites. The delivery guys said all the dust was from the screws. Then the store said it was from the bed settling and moving where the screws are tight. No!!! $1500 later for termite treatment in bedroom and throwing a $1000 headboard in the street. No support and no help from Ashley. Now I need to find a frame and headboard to match the nightstands and dresser. After it’s all said and done it cost me triple! Do not shop at Ashley!”

Style is nice, finish and delivery is hit or miss

“The style of this bed set is nice. The quality of the finishing and assembly is not so nice. This may be pretty common with similar manufacturers and this price range. However for 6k you get a whole set. For other manufacturers with better finishing, the bed frame alone may be 4-6k. Delivery guys smelled of weed, which may explain the crooked bed frame. Called up customer service and they are sending over missing bolts for me. I'm fine with fixing the small issues myself.”
