Isanti is NOT like the showroom - Poor quality and Poor Customer Service after the Sale

“We ordered several pieces from the Isanti line. ALL of the items had issues.
1. Dining Room Table
a. Scratch on Top of Dining Table
b. Gash on Dining Table Leg
c. Both Dining Table Legs – finish does not extend to the bottom of the furniture.
2. Dresser
a. Drawers are not aligned (they should be level)
b. Drawers are VERY HARD to open and are essentially not functional. Maybe a technician can come out and adjust the sliders/drawers.
c. Wood defect on top of dresser
d. Gap in the top of the dresser.
3. King Headboard
a. Left Corner Leg is chipped
b. Right Corner Leg has gash
c. Finish Defect on Main Headboard
d. Large Gap and Glue Showing at Seam
4. King Bed Side Rail
a. King bed Left side rail has a gash
5. Queen Bed
a. The side rails and footrail are not aligned. They should be flush like they are on the king bed.
6. High Boy (a/k/a Tallboy)
a. Chip on corner of third drawer
b. Crack in another drawer
c. Leg has finish defect
d. Drawers are VERY HARD to open and are essentially not functional.
7. Night Stands
a. One nightstand has a chip on the corner
b. Two of the three night stands have drawers that are VERY HARD to open such that they are essentially not functional.
We have been working with Ashley for over THREE months to try to get these items repaired or replaced, and so far, NOTHING has been fixed! Ashley keeps rescheduling technician appointments, and when the technician did show up for an appointment, it was at 6:00 pm so he didn't have time to do much.”

“My wife and I received it today. It was professionally assembled. It’s already broken. The center beam broke and two middle legs fell of and are bore out with no threading to tighten.
We read the reviews as we are on our mattress in the middle of the living room reading how the same thing happened to others. Were shopping for beds now.”

Bad Quality!

“The bed itself is beautiful but similar to another review the wood beam in the middle broke. It was set up improperly and the little piece under the bed that supports the middle fell off causing the wood beam to break in half. Our bed is now unusable. We put a complaint in 4 months ago and they still have not fixed the issue. They just keep telling us every couple of weeks the part will be coming in to then give us an update that it's been pushed back with no solution but to wait! Avoid the headache and shop elsewhere!”

“It's been incomplete since the day it was delivered which was a month ago and was told not to sleep on the bed frame as it's marked unsafe due to missing pieces. Do not wish my experience on anyone else so beware.”

Terrible

“We have a king size of this horrible quality bed frame from Ashley. The first time shopping here and we will not be back. The first time it broke was within the first month. 3/4 legs underneath the bed broke and could no longer support weight, a month later, once the replacement parts arrived, they would take another month to schedule an installation appointment. They wouldn’t let us schedule an install until the parts arrived even though they guaranteed it by a certain date that kept getting pushed back. Now we had those fixed (wishful thinking!) and tonight the middle 2x4 that supports the legs of the bed snapped in 2 places. Stay away! This furniture is so expensive for the quality and service you get.”

“Let me start off by saying the actual bedframe is beautiful, solid wood, sturdy. We love it.
The platform portion of the bed (bed slats and center support) are absolute garbage. You would think with a $1000 bed frame that the roll out slates would be solid wood. No. They're made of cheap particle board.
My husband and I assembled the bed frame ourselves without a hitch. We hesitated when we saw the cheap quality of the roll out slats but thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt.
We rolled out the slats and two of the slats were so comically long that they wouldn't even fit inside the bedframe. Ok. No problem. Easy fix. We spend the next 20 minutes using our power sander to fit these two slates inside the frame. Crisis averted right? Wrong.
Once the slates are all inside we go to start screwing in the slates to the bedframe. Majority of the holes dont even line up from the slates to the bed frame. I think we were able to screw in maybe 5 or 6 of the 12? So here's to hoping the bed doesn't collapse on us.
Will be reaching out to Ashley and most likely buying our own supports for the bed which is utterly ridiculous.
TLDR: Bed frame is beautiful solid wood. The roll out slats and support are cheap and will most likely break. Purchase support beams from elsewhere.”

Beautiful bed, but broke within months and bad customer support experience

“We love the look of this bed and for a while, slept very comfortably! However, after just about 9 months we had a major issue. A few weeks ago, we noticed one of the support legs had come loose. That night, the middle support beam cracked while we were sleeping on it, making the bed structurally unstable. We called for help, but we are still waiting on the new parts to be shipped. We’ve had a very bad experience getting assistance with customer support and have been without a bed for almost a month. Really hoping Ashley is able to help us resolve this issue soon so we can get our bed back!”

Wood tone is different and very shallow drawers.

“Drawers are VERY shallow, like maybe 4-6" in depth. Color in person is much lighter and has more of a yellow/honey undertone. On a side note, it was sturdy and the only solid wood option Ashley carriers, based on what I was told. I was just disappointed, I went in to buy this set and walked right by it.
ALWAYS go in the store 1st when buying furniture. This is still a nice looking set, just not what I thought it was from looking at it online.”
