Decent bed frame, Ashley’s installers SUCK

“Frankly the bed frame is fine provided you assemble it properly yourself. We’ve literally never had a good experience with an Ashley Furniture delivery so after they were ‘done’ I rebuilt it myself. Out of the 12 corners bolts, only one was installed straight and tight, most were cross threaded, stripped out or missing. All four of the center bar leg wood inserts were stripped out, thankfully I had ever so slightly larger ones on hand. Lastly, of the 9 slat bolts, only 4 were ‘installed’, all four were cross threaded… Do yourself a favor and never ever expect an Ashley Furniture delivery guy to build anything well, you’re infinitely better off doing it yourself.”
