Need Broke on 3rd Night

“The bedroom set is gorgeous, but not functional. I was so stoked to get this set. I'm a 170 pound woman, 59 years old. My mattress is 120 pounds. On the 3rd night at 2am I woke up to a loud *Crack* and the mattress fell to the ground with a hard *THUD*. Half asleep, I pushed the mattress up and off, took the box spring off and discovered the wood completely shredded. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and do not jump on beds, fall on beds, or am harsh in any way on beds. I'm a widow so there's no other thumping movements on beds. I Just want a solid rest; not be woken up at 2am falling to the ground. I'm very disappointed in the lack of quality of this frame. I'm ordering a metal foundation (not from Ashley) to afford me a proper night's rest, because I can't pack this up and return it. I have to sleep on the mattress on the floor or on the couch until it arrives.”
