love the Lettner Set!

“Ordered the queen panel bed, long dresser and 2 nightstands. The delivery was quick and seamless and the crew was very professional and polite. I have this in 2 different homes I have done. It tends to look much darker than pictured if you place it in a room that has dark colored walls (it can also have a bit of a greenish hue as well). In a room with lighter walls it is a medium gray. The set is solid and looks great!”

“My bed was scheduled to arrive on May 10, but the carrier didn't let us know in advance that the order was on its way, and since I wasn't home, they rescheduled it for November 10.
So far so good, but they assembled the bed and as soon as we went to check the bed was with several damages, we immediately went to the store and opened a complaint, and as if all the waiting time that we had already waited was not enough, they rescheduled the new delivery of the bed today 10/18, when they got here they assembled the bed incompletely saying that parts were missing, I think it's absurd to pay dearly for a product, come damaged and still have to wait all this time to get a product that I have already paid for, and what's worse I've been sleeping on the floor for 15 days.
Unfortunately, I won't be buying any more Ashley products.”

“We are really delighted about our bed. It arrived earlier than expected esp. during this pandemic. It makes our room so gorgeous. The color is so unique and stylish...it's more of sage(dark) than grey. The wood is real but super heavy😄We plan completing the set with other Lettner products.”

“This bed is literally perfect. It’s definitely a very adult mature bed. I had never ordered from Ashley home furniture, so I was a little hesitant. When I did I was super excited and I didn’t expect it to take three weeks from the day ordered it to arrive. After the three weeks were up, and the date was supposed to arrive, I got a call from them letting me know that they had accidentally forgot to ship the headboard with the bedframe. I had already at that point taking my previous bedframe apart to receive this one so I was super bummed out Because I was told it was going to take another two weeks. I didn’t care as much because I was still waiting to confirm if I need a boxspring or not for this bed. All in all after it arrived a team had set it up for me and it took them 15 minutes to do so. They were nice, and well mannered man who came and set it up. The bed itself is high-quality. It definitely is a strong word and very heavy. because I was told it was going to take another two weeks. I didn’t care as much because I was still waiting to confirm if I needed a boxspring or not for this bed. All in all after it arrived a team had set it up for me and it took them 15 minutes to do so. They were nice, and well mannered man who came and set it up. The bed itself is high-quality. It definitely is a strong word and very heavy. This bedframe is definitely worth every dollar that you get to put towards it. I couldn’t have picked a better bed frame. And this is my first bedframe I had ever picked out as an adult. I was already super impressed with Ashley home furniture for letting me know about their mistake and then shipping it as fast as possible. Their customer service was friendly, all in all I would say this was a great first experience”

“This set is so beautiful. This is 100% a grey set! No green. My walls are sage green. Foot-board shows the best depiction of the color as it is on a rug that has very little green. Make sure you pick the rug you want to have for a while because this bed is heavy and you won't be moving it any time soon. Super easy to put together. I recommend 8 to 10 in box spring and mattress set.”

“This is my first time ordering from Ashley, we don’t have a store in our town so i was a little Apprehensive, but i saved up and did it! I have had my eye on this set for a while. I saved up for two night stands and the bed. Once we put it all together I was in shock how sturdy and beautiful! We bought the King size;my husband was impressed how heavy and steady the furniture felt. One of our end tables has a little chip on the top of it and the drawer is a little crooked, i will reach out and see if they can exchange it. Otherwise worth every cent!”
