Amazing bed. 10/10 would recommend. Will last you for years! Almost 7 years and we still use it.

“Purchased the Queen panel bed back in Aug of 2015 for myself. Aside from being heavy and sort of annoying to move, it’s an incredible bed. The reason it’s hard to move it because it is so sturdy. The dark wood finish has remained for 6 and a half years. Last year, my wife and I bought a new bedroom set and we put this one in the guest bedroom. You will absolutely love it. If you are looking for a high quality bed that will last for years and still be in style, this is the one. It’s dark finish goes with just about any decor. This was my first bed purchase and I’m so incredibly grateful that the store representative recommended it to me.”

“I purchased this bed with the matching TV stand in September of 2016 so I’ve had it for 5 years now and let me tell you, it’s great. Very well built and still looks brand new. I often forget that I’ve had it for 5 years now. you would never tell. Solid wood very durable and a great buy! I’ve always had really cheap beds before this cause I didn’t want to spend the extra money so this was my first big “expensive” bed. Definitely worth it.”

“The porter bed is big and high. It looks good. But I think it can be better. I strongly suggest to cut the height of the headboard and footboard and put this money into the slats. Add more slats and make an box spring optional. Also improve the quality of paint. It is more than one week, the bed still smells bad. I think the bed will be more popular after the improvement.”

“Have had this bed for 6 months ago. Such a sturdy bed, had two other bed frames that squeaked and cracked a month in. This bed is silent pretty much, and has had kids jumping on it, and dogs crawling underneath, great bed frame. Feel it will last a long time.”

“We purchased the Porter king size bed, side tables, chest of drawers and dresser 3 years ago. We looked at so many bed sets! The casual elegance of this line is what sold is. The price was great! Between my husband, 3 boys, and dog the furniture held up well. Unfortunately, Hurricane Harvey was its downfall. Beware: Montage (furniture insurance company) does not cover damage from natural disasaters”

“Me and my wife purchased the Porter Queen size bedroom set about 4 months ago. I have to say we are very pleased with our purchase. At an affordable price we now have a gorgeous looking bedroom. I was worried about the mattress support, but like others have stated the bed comes with center supports. Kids have jumped on the bed, dogs have slept under the bed, "activities" have performed on the bed and it still holds good. I have no complaints with this purchase.”

“I purchased this set in 2012 and just love it. It still seems new and the quality is amazing. I am really picky regarding furniture. I want to feel that it will last for decades and I feel this set will full fill that vision. Every time I go into my bedroom I just love it more. I love the hidden drawers in the dresser and nightstands. So cool. I am a 71 year old woman and have been so completely pleased with my purchase.”

“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BEDROOM SET! IT IS BY FAR THE BEST SET THAT I'VE EVER OWNED. THE QUALITY IS GREAT AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY ISSUES WITH IT, I'VE OWNED IT FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW AND IT STILL LOOKS BRAND NEW. IT SEEMS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE BED DIDN'T PUT DOWN THE CENTER SUPPORTS WHICH ARE USED TO DISTRIBUTE THE WEIGHT OF THE MATTRESS AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE USING THE BED. SO AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED CENTER SUPPORTS WHICH COME WITH THE BED ATTACHED TO THE SLATS THEN YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM EITHER. NO ONE HAS SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE BED ONLY THE SLATS THAT COME WITH THE BED WHICH AS I STATED BEFORE HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE FOR MYSELF BECAUSE I USE THE CENTER SUPPORTS THAT CAME WITH THE BED.”

Beautiful, but flawed

“I bought my queen storage Porter bed six years ago. When I bought it I was the only person in it for 4yrs. During that time it felt as though the side I slept on sunk a bit, but I assumed it was the mattress. The last two years there have been two of us in the bed. Sadly the frame at the head of the bed gave way and from what my husband says there isn't proper support on the frame. There are slats about 1 to 2 inches apart running across the bed, but there aren't enough center supports to distribute the weight of two people and a mattress. No more warranties so now I'm shopping for a new bed that will match my dresser and nightstand.”
