Missing parts and improperly constructed piece

“Beautiful bed set HOWEVER the factory did not count the hardware pieces and gypped us 2 small pieces. They also didn't drill the holes deep enough on one headboard piece for the wooden dowels. So disappointed by the extra work involved to drill out the piece and go to the hardware store for the missing hardware. I have put together more furniture than I can count and always appreciate when extra hardware is included. This set did not come with any. Please correct this in the future. This is supposed to be your Gold level furniture.”

A Solid Piece of Furniture

“Purchased this frame in the King size. Delivered on time and put together by a couple of very professional men. We purchased the 5" box springs thus the mattress sits down inside the frame rails a few inches so the sheets and blanket would not fall off or pull out. Design reminds me of our old waterbed frame. We are very happy with this purchase.”

“Excellent upgrade to the master bedroom. Very happy with purchase. Only con is that I did notice that the finish/stain was not completed or matched on the underside of the boards on the headboard itself. It's only noticeable when you are laying in the bed looking up....if that makes sense.”

“Bed Arrived damaged and was missing hardware. This was not a shipping issue but a product quality control issue. Contacted customer support who agreed to send out more hardware with an estimated 7-10 day delivery time! Customer support agreed to a 10% discount for the damage and inconvenience. The bedframe ships in two boxes--Customer support only applied the 10% to ONE box even though the frame is purchased as a whole piece.
The overall quality control of this piece led me to delete the other items in my cart. Sending the whole frame back is too inconvenient--but they know that.”
