“Headboard and footboard are ok. After box spring applied the hole bed shifts side to side and feels like it’s going to fall apart. VERY cheaply made out of particle board. Called Ashley to exchange or upgrade to something more sturdy and was told “I had signed for it” and would see what they could do. Never heard anything back from them. Also, had a chest of drawers delivered with no handles and was told to call the store.
For the bed, I had to rebrace it myself since this company never responded to me.”

Pretty bed, terrible quality and bad design

“Stay away! Unless you’re just looking for a headboard and a footboard. We paid extra for professional installation but had issues within two weeks. There is not enough support for such a large bed. The bed is 81” wide but there is only one bar holding up the mattresses and the bed together, ridiculous. The bed squeaks and shakes with small movements, and we’ve had to try to make adjustments to fix the issue. Next step is trying to find a bed frame that we can connect to keep the headboard and footboard.”
