“I wish it was possible to give this NO stars. This bed is horrible. We put it together today. The moment we laid down, the side snapped in half. You might as well just flush your money down the commode.”

Does not work with adjustable base

“This is a more a criticism of Ashley than the bed. I have an adjustable base and when I bought this unit from Ashley (Manchester, NH), I was assured this frame could accomodate this base. This information was wrong. When the delivery people came by, the frame kept falling apart, but they put it together eventually. About a week later, the frame came apart. I marked it up as a one-off. Then it has happened four times more, most after the 90 day Ashley coverage ended. I figue the frame works fine with the metal supports that came with it, but these cannot be put on when an adjustable base is not present. In short, I received bad info: This bed is NOT compatible with adjustable bases.”
