“Love this bed! Got a king size and bought a new mattress also l Couldn't figure out why there was a slant by our heads. After 6 weeks the support wood is all bowed. Will be calling tmrw!!!!”

“The appearance of this bed gets 4 stars. Beautiful farmhouse kinda look. However, the sturdiness and functionality of the bed is 3 stars. This is advertised as not needing a box spring but 100% not true. I ordered the king platform storage bed. The wood planks are so thin they bow and don’t allow ANY support for my memory foam mattress. I can barely put any weight on them and they start to bow. It only comes with 3 middle supports that go from the wood slats to the floor that run down the middle and that just isn’t any support. I will have to make a bunkie board or something similar for support. The corners and edges of all of the pieces are hard and sharp and I get scratched every time I change the sheets or make the bed. The drawers easily pull in and out and seem sturdy enough. Overall I probably wouldn’t have ordered this bed knowing it was going to be a project.”

Attractive and good quality

“It's nice looking AND utilitarian. The headboard is flat, so makes the bed look "finished" without taking up much space. The drawers underneath are great for extra blankets and/or linens...they work very smoothly.”

Bed broken part

“I received the bed and when I unpacked I notice the foot part was broken and also was tried to fix it with some glue. Can not believe they delivered a bed part like that. They do not accept return although I claim within 24 hours. I claim for a replacement., But very disappointed with it. I won't buy nothing more from here.”

Ashley assembled wrong and horrible cuztomer service, don't buy

“Stay away from Ashley Online. I bought this bed and paid for assembly. They didn't assemble right and was missing the 3 support legs. I didn't realize until later. I called for the support legs. Then they sent without screws. I called support again and they are telling me to go buy the screws myself or it will ship in a while but the reason i needed this assembled was for it to be quick because guest are coming over. I asked for a refund for assembly but they declined. Dont do business with Ashley, go to Living Spaces or somewhere else, their customer service is horrible”

“Had this bed frame for less than 30 days and the laminate is peeling off of majority of the corners/edges that we touch/“rub” against. This should not be occurring this soon as you get out of bed 1-2 times day. We have been told that we are unable to get a refund since this damage was not pointed out the first 72 hours of owning it. Well, obviously this would not be present after 1-2 times using it. Very poor quality— do not waste your money.”
