Extremely Flimsy, Cheap Constructed and disappointing warranty insurance

“Had this less than 4 years and it’s completely broken , poorly constructed and cheap made. Warranty is completely useless and refused to fix broken base rails . Have to buy a new bed again!! Stay away from Ashley Furniture it’s the worst!!”

Flimsy and unstable. I thought we were missing pieces but Ashley confirmed it was all there with diagrams.

“I love the look of the bed but that's it. The side rails are so flimsy that 2 people can't sleep in the bed without disturbing the other person because the whole bed moves. Light pressure on the side rails even moves the whole bed. We had to acrew a piece of plywood to the metal rails to ma kik e the bed usable. This purchase was a big regret.”

Cheaply made

“Poorly built design with cheap materials. Head board broke within the first 3 months and my husband had to reinforce the wood. The middle leg stability is weak we had to reinforce with stronger joints.”
