“I absolutely love this set. I have the queen and king set. They are durable and complementary to just about any style-as we love the rustic feel. I only wish the black were available a year ago. This far there are no complaints. I hope this line is extended to kitchen and living room furniture as I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it”

Poor Quality and Durability

“We have had this bed frame for only 3 years and the quality is terrible. It is made of particle board and cheap, thin metal frame. The frame bends, we didn’t have all the pieces when it arrived. We had to use bolts we already had that were stronger than what was sent. The foot board and headboard are heavy but it is not durable. For the price it is just made poorly. I wish we wouldn’t have spent the money on such a poorly made frame.”

Sturdier than you think!

“We have owned this bed for 3 years now. A lot of reviews complain about the sturdiness of the headboard. Now I do agree that it seems like it wouldn’t last long if you were to lean on it often. However, after 3 years of doing so, it hasn’t broken and doesn’t show any signs that it will.”

“You're take a gamble with this one
#1: Looks like wood, Priced like wood, not wood... IKEA is much better quality than this
#2: Parts arrived damaged
#3: Missing half the hardware and the metal rails for under the bed?! (how is that even possible?)
Customer Service:
#1: Called it in, and got a very apologetic customer service representative that assured me that replacement parts are on their way
#2: After 10 days we received a bag of bolts... no rails, no replacement damaged items
#3: Called it in again, Ashley's wonderful solution is the following: wait another 10 days for the metal rails to arrive, then call us back and request for a technician to come out and attempt to repair the damaged parts (how?! glue the particle board back together?!)
#4: Na, come grab your junk and give me my money back "sorry sir, all sales are final"
Life is full of lessons and Ashley Products are one of them

Poor Design Footboard

“Purchased the Willowton Headboard, nightstands, dresser along with an adjustable Purple Mattress and frame about 2 years ago. Also a dining room set. We have loved the design and quality of all. BUT we recently purchased the matching footboard and no one told us the inside was not finished to match. After they set it up we noticed the inside is white and you see the screw holes across the panel. Ashley’s response was and unwillingness to do anything but give a small discount is very disappointing . Their answer was it is normally covered up by the box spring and mattress but not disclosed when I purchased the footboard. Guess that is why it was displayed against the headboard so you wouldn’t see it, instead of setting it up.”
