“Headboard and footboard came damaged and it was a struggle with Ashley to get them to send me a replacement. However, they only sent a new footboard. Do not recommend ordering from Ashley’s.”

“I 100% regret buying this bed. First off the anchors they sent to nail into the side wood panel for the rails came in damaged it was so closed off I couldn’t even grip it on to nail it. So ofcourse I contacted customer service and they wanted me to send pictures of the whole bed? I said I just need new hardware well they agreed to send it out …. But within 7-10 business days. My son has had to sleep in the living room while this is being shipped to us. They didn’t even accommodate a rush being that it was their mistake. Then what other reviewers didn’t mention the headboard is flimsy!!!! Who wants to lay on a flimsy headboard so my son cant even rest his head on it. I had to go out of my way on Amazon to purchase some headboard stabilizer. Also this bed squeaks… could be because we have floors and now I have to invest in a rug to put under his mattress. While the color and the idea and most of all the price is nice but ofcourse you get what you pay for! So for everyone raving about it idk if we got the same thing but this was so upsetting. Never blind purchasing a bed online every again.”
