“We bought this king bed with the protection plan. The bed broke. The side panel is poorly secured (just some staples and wood glue) and has no support underneath. The bed broke. We used the protection plan which took over 6 weeks and multiple calls/emails to resolve. We got a new side piece. This broke AGAIN within less than 60 days. Because we did not get the protection plan again, they will not help us. They claim the manufacturers warranty is from the time of the original purchase, not the replacement.”
