“Do NOT buy any of this. I purchased this bed and dresser and nightstands. We recently moved and the paper Ashley furniture broke - the footboard the worst; and Ashely wants me to purchase the entire bed again. They won't help me with just a footboard no matter what I do. The furniture is JUNK and the service is worse than that.
I bought an Ashely Zelen bed directly from them. (They are HAPPY to take your money directly.) I recently moved and the footboard was broken. I called customer service with my order number, a picture of the barcode on the footboard, etc. She told me to call parts. I called parts and they said the footboard is not a part. I called the number they gave me. He told me it was not under warranty. I never said it was. I wanted to BUY a new one. He transferred me to parts who then said I need to take it up with my movers and that they will not sell me just the footboard. What?!? I will NEVER and I mean NEVER purchase anything Ashley again. It is paper junk and there is ZERO customer service. Bye bye bye. I'll have to figure out what dumpster I can put the dresser and the rest of the bed in. Oh wait! I know. I could sell the parts that aren't parts to people who need parts.”

Not sure what to say

“I loved the look of this when I saw it in the store. I still love the look of it but unfortunately it is very flimsy. I am skeptical that this is even going to last more than a few months. The matieral is cheap. I figured the quality coming from here would be a little better. Not to mention I paid about $200 more in store than it says online. Delivery was a nightmare, took about a month to get the bed. The parts you put together just barely line up evenly. Highly disappointed for my first time buying from here, not sure if I will do it again.”

Color

“I, too, am totally dissatisfied with the color. I lost everything in the flood. I finally decided to buy a condo at the beach. Decorating coastal. This bed was supposed to be warm gray. Instead, when delivered, dark brown. Doesn't match anything else I have. I'm so sad!”

Not a fan of this bed !

“My headboard came crushed which will be replaced with a new one, however the bed color stated was warm gray. The bed is not gray, rather brown and looks like cheap cardboard. Once the new headboard arrives I will be painting it gray like the description states.”

“This is nice a nice looking bed. I am not a fan of manmade wood. I hate it to be honest but filling my house with real stuff would bankrupt me. I bought the queen bed,nightstand and dresser. I think they should lower the price on the dresser to the same as the bed. Not bad stuff but wouldn't buy again. I think all items are overpriced for manmade wood.”

“I just purchase this set for my son last week and it was deliverd today (free shipping) when my husband came home to put everything together we found out every item except the nightstand had a damage. We are really disappointed and the worse part is that we already threw away his old bed.”
