The WORST - DO NOT BUY...Don't say I didn't warn you...

“THE WORST
I bought an Ashely Zelen bed directly from them. (They are HAPPY to take your money directly.) I recently moved and the footboard was broken. I called customer service with my order number, a picture of the barcode on the footboard, etc. She told me to call parts. I called parts and they said the footboard is not a part. I called the number they gave me. He told me it was not under warranty. I never said it was. I wanted to BUY a new one. He transferred me to parts who then said I need to take it up with my movers and that they will not sell me just the footboard. What?!? I will NEVER and I mean NEVER purchase anything Ashley again. It is paper junk and there is ZERO customer service. Bye bye bye. I'll have to figure out what dumpster I can put the dresser and the rest of the bed in. Oh wait! I know. I could sell the parts that aren't parts to people who need parts.”

“The look is exactly what is shows in the photo. Gray tone wood color, it's very sturdy and well built. The headboard is not overly high which is what I was going for.”

“I've had this bed for about two weeks now. I did not see it in person, but from the pictures was hoping the color would be more grey than brown. It is a brown bed. There is 0 grey. Although it is not the color I anticipated I do really like the style and make of the bed, and am overall happy with my purchase.”

Not sure what to say

“I bought this item few weeks ago and it was delivered last week. Unfortunately, I was not able to using it yet. While I ordered the mattress along with the bed, I have not ordered (and was not reminded when buying the other two items) that I would also need a box spring/foundation - to be ordered separately. I have ordered the foundation now separately with Ashley, but have to wait extra two weeks to be delivered. Needless to say that I was disappointed not being able to use the bed and had to extend my sleep on the floor. So, be careful when ordering this item that you really order everything you need to be able to use it.”

Looks better in picture

“I love everything ashley makes. I have purchase several models before and i bougth this without even going to the store. Is good priced, easy to put together. Once seen live it doesnt seem as true ti the picture as other products. I think queen size in this model for small rooms makes a more balanced product.”
