Gap At Front of Frame Will Damage Your Matreas

“After less than two months of use the gap at the front of the bed frame has caused our mattress to have a 1 inch depression because the queen frame is not long enough to support a queen mattress. When a technician was sent out we were told it was a “customer preference”. Yes, it is customer preference to purchase a bed frame that can hold the intended mattress without causing damage to the mattress.”

“I purchased this bed for my guest bedroom because it is small and the storage capability was ideal. I purchased it with the matching nightstands & the 6 drawer dresser and I love it! I purchased this set because I also have the Baystorm canopy bed in my master bedroom and I wanted this bed since it is apart of the Baystorm collection. Ashley furniture employees delivered and assembled the bed with no issues.”

Disappointed

“At first the power cord did not show up with the bed, took an extra two weeks. After the powercord showed up the touch buttons dont work i have to jiggle the wires to get the light to turn on. And sometimes the light randomly turns on. Decided to just unplug it. Very disappointed.”

Great Bed! Poor Set Up...

“My husband and I decided to purchase this king size bed because we have a smaller sized master bedroom and needed the extra storage without taking up space. The bed looks great and is very solid. However, since this is a new product our delivery/installation crew were unsure how to set the bed up properly. Since we ordered a king size bed, it needed support legs all down the middle of the slates...unfortunately these were not installed. I would just make sure that your bed is properly installed before the mattress is put on the bed. Once my husband put on the support legs, the bed was much better.”
