“Wood pieces that hold mattress completed ripped off side panel. Poorly made bed, customer service unable to assist because it is a little over a year old and 5-year warranty was not purchased, didn't think a bed would fail us less than 2 years of being purchased. Needless to say i'll never be purchasing from them again.”

Dont trust the delivery and assembly crew

“The bed was perfect. My issue is the assembly crew working for Ashley and how Ashley handled this issue afyer I reported it. They cut corners and cant be trusted to put the furniture together correctly. 34 screws should have been used in the slats to secure the foundation, but only 8 were used.
I only found this out because I had to break my lease after only a month in my apartment. I would have never known. Its ridiculous. I dont have the correct amount of nails to even put the bed back together the correct way. Going forward I now will have to inspect the items prior to allowing the crew to leave.”
