Missing part and no one to help me get the part, headboard remote

“I purchased the set online, and a man came out to put it together. The problem was that the bed had not arrived yet. He told me he was there to put a bookcase together, but I did not have a "bookcase" that needed to be installed. I was expecting a "bed" to be put together when it came in. When it arrived, I put it together without any problems until I noticed that it has lights in the bookcase that require a plug-in, but no remote to activate the lights. I went to my local Ashley store, which has the Drystan products, but not with the bookcase. Thus, they didn't know it had a remote. When the delivery guys came out with the nightstand and dresser, he said it should have come with one and to call Ashley Customer Service, but it is nearly impossible to get through to a human. I gave it three stars because it is a great DRystan bedroom set, but getting follow-up help is impossible. I have a product that does not work 100%.”
