“Excellent customer service! I purchased this bed online without any problems and shipping was quick without paying extra. The beds arrived in a few different boxes the box containing the side rails was damaged and the parts bag was missing. I called the next day to customer service and new hardware was shipped that day. I was hesitant about purchasing bed on online due to possible damage during shipping but everything arrived in perfect condition. So, great customer service, very easy website to navigate, and great quality furniture”

“First shipment, the footboard arrived with a huge crack down the middle so we had to have UPS come pick it up. Ashley's customer service was very understanding of my issue and apologized. Our replacement arrived about 4 days later. We noticed a screw out of place in between 2 pieces of wood but it is not noticeable unless you look at it up close so we decided to just keep it. The bed is very nice, as pictured. It is very sturdy as well. Be sure to purchase a standard size box spring/foundation for mattress support.”
