Arrived Broken, Sign of Quality

“We ordered this bed and the headboard came with a big break where the front of the headboard meets the top. Not a great sign when that happens but no problem! We reached out to Ashley and they replaced our broken headboard…with another headboard broken in the exact same place in the exact same way. I don’t know if it’s how they package it to ship or the fact that the material they’re using is too thin, but this is not a quality piece of furniture. You can find something much better (and probably cheaper!) elsewhere.”

Seems decent but damaged upon arrival

“The bed frame itself seems like decent quality overall, my main complaint is that this came in 3 separate boxes and the headboard box showed up last. The headboard was damaged ( will attach photos), the website made it pretty impossible to report this and so I'm hoping this will do something in terms of alerting them of the issue.
So far, it seems fine. It's a little creaky at times but only time will tell.”
