THIS BED DOESN’T EXIST

“We could not have had a worse experience ordering this bed. At first it was delivered without roll slats and it took hours on the phone before these would be shipped out (even though they were supposed to have been included in the first place). We received the slats to find out we were sent the entirely wrong rails as well. And not only that, it couldn’t be fixed because the bed we ordered that you are looking at right now DOES NOT EXIST. We had to spend time, and even more money to order rails that would be compatible with the headboard and footboard we were sent. Customer service said they could not issue even a partial refund as it was already delivered .. missing a piece and with an entirely wrong piece!!! Will never order through here again. Complete nightmare. Avoid.”
