Children's loft bed

“I purchased this bed in store for my Granddaughter March 2,2025. I had seen the bed when I went to purchase my sectional in November 2024. When arriving at Ashley furniture I saw the display model was on sale for purchase so I got that one. when the delivery drivers came to pick up the bed a few days later I received a call that they could not deliver the bed because it had not been disassembled and they could only assemble it in my home. After a few messages and phone calls with my sales lady it was decided for me to return and purchase a new in box bed so that it could be assembled in our home. After re ordering a new bed and setting up delivery. I was informed that because this bed has "assembly required" the delivery team would not be able to assemble the bed in my home. I ended up having the bed delivered and boxes placed in a room "un assembled " Only because my granddaughter really wants this bed! When making your purchase at Ashley Furniture make sure you read and understand all of the "fine print!" Now we have to hire some to assemble this bed!☹️😡”
