“In the first year it had two repairs, The cushion on the back and bottom only lasted 2 years before becoming almost flat. Stay away from this sofa!”

“Great option, wide but not bulky, comfortable seating, spacious cushions, great fabric; to the touch, temperature wise, but also doesn’t seem to stain. Not sure about the rips reviews mention prior, seems durable, I have a young one and pets and this couch has upheld great. My only request, i wish it had a matching ottoman”

“First I’ll start off by saying I love this sofa. Very modern and clean. It started out firm, now it’s broken in. With the supports being a rubber band style support, I can definitely start to see the sag, wear and tear after 3 years.”

Comfort and longevity!

“I’ve had this couch for 6 years and it’s still in fantastic shape and so comfortable. The material is soft, easy to clean and performs well over time. The cushions haven’t sagged. My only pain point is that it’s hard to remove the covers to wash since it’s tufted. I did it only once!”

“I have had this couch for only 8 months. The fabric on two of the seat cushions has peeled and there is now a hole in the chaise seat. I filed a claim for replacement of these cushions and it was denied. Dont waste the extra money on the warranty because they do not honor it.”

“Very disappointed in the quality. The seat on the sectional side lost all support and sunk down. Overall I loved the color and comfort of the sectional, but the deep seating on sectional side created a sinkhole for whomever was sitting there. Do not recommend.”

Huge Mid-Century Modern Sectional

“First off, this enormous sofa seats 5 adults comfortably. Pictures do not do it justice wrt to size or beauty.
Although the color is listed as charcoal, there is plenty of brown in it. The included pillows have two-shades of brown. After purchasing this is the showroom,
I was a bit taken back by the reviews of the saggy chaise. And sure enough upon arrival the chaise in the middle was a bit softer in the support area. So I did a little peaking around and found a perfect fix. I was unable to unzip the chaise and add support. It's perfect and just as firm as the rest of the sofa now. Check caption in image for what I bought.
While it's not ideal to have to modify your furniture right away, it took like 3 minutes. And since this sofa is 2-3-4x as expensive at other furniture stores, well worth it.”

“After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to buy this sofa. Eventually I did, and I have to say, I love the way it looks, and it is very soft to the touch. However, I feel that all of the negative review are also justified. I've had the sofa for about two months. In that time, the top of the back cushion of the chaise is already a little bent/depressed in the middle with no possibility of fluffing it back up straight. Also, the chaise definitely started creaking after only a week or two. The cushions slide forward and need to be fixed daily. The back fabric has a wrinkle in it where it should have been pulled taut. But the very worst thing is that I can feel the frame along the back, and it feels very thin, and I am really afraid the frame will be broken by a rambunctious kid or someone leaning on it before the year is out! My whole family can fit on this sofa which I LOVE, but I'm not sure the quality is really there.”

“I am so happy with the purchase of my Coulee Point 2-Piece Sectional with Chaise. It truly LOVE this sectional! The cushions have not lost their firmness and the material is perfection. I have slept on this couch multiple times over the past year plus and it’s almost as wide as a twin mattress when you remove the back cushion. My only issue is that my husband and I traded houses with his sister and she now has the sectional. I’d like to purchase the same couch but without the chaise and it does not appear that they still make that option. Our house has a gas log fire pit in the middle of the living room and the sectional with chaise does not fit. SAD, SAD, SAD!”

“I love the comfort as well! But yes with just me sitting on the couch for 4 months the couch has began to sag inward. And I'm not as handy to be able to add structural support to my almost new couch. I'm not sure how this indentation will age? My rating could decline quite a bit due to the fact a may be looking for a new couch soon.”

“I had been looking around first the sofa for almost a year. I’ve had this sofa for 5 months now. It’s large, comfortable & well made. I’ve had so compliments on it. I wish I didn’t tell a couple of my friends where I bought it bc they bought it too. At least we know, I bought it first. I love this sofa!”

“It's comfortable, cute, and the fabric has been great with my cats (hides fur and they don't have the desire to scratch). But, there is a huge drawback. As other customers indicated, the chaise has virtually no support so the cushions immediately sag. Luckily, I'm handy so I cut a large piece of plywood and drilled it to the frame. The problem was immediately solved after, but the fact that I needed to DIY a brand new couch is ridiculous. Ashley furniture should immediately fix this structural flaw.”

“I absolutely love this couch- the day we got it we immediately fell asleep on it. It is the perfect combination of firm comfort. The only downside we’ve noticed (having had it for less than a month) is that the bottom cushion on the chaise area is starting to look a bit smooshed. We use this couch a normal amount, nothing overly much so this was a surprise. We’ll see how it continues to be.”

“I took a chance buying this sectional unseen but it was the size and color I was hunting for and looked great. So glad I did! It is big and comfy and the material is so soft. I find myself just stroking the fabric sometimes while watching TV. The cushions are all loose and the perfect firmness. You wont sink in but it's not too firm. I've had it for a month now and don't regret this purchase one bit.”
