“Fits in our space and looks nice, but it is so uncomfortable. My husband and I both agree, it’s by far one of the worst purchases we’ve ever made. If you just want something for looks, we recommend, but if you are looking form comfort, stay clear of this couch!!!”

Honest review after just 2 months

“This was my first purchase after buying a new home. I knew Ashley was not the top tier quality but I didn’t want to spend $3 grand on a sectional.
Right off the bat I knew I messed up because these cushions can’t be flipped, after 2 months the chaise cushion is already very sunken just from one person sitting on it. It’s like the base of the chaise is not as well supported as the loveseat portion of the couch. Day one it felt less firm.
The chaise cushion also does not want to stay in its spot and it slides out constantly.
I will say though that the fabric is very easy to clean and it’s a good option for people with pets. I was also talked into getting the warranty by the sales person so right before it expires I’m going to order replacement cushions for the whole thing, you can already see that this is not going to be a 10 year, 5 year, maybe not even a 3 year sofa, which is disappointing for the price of $1800.
It’s a very attractive sofa and for the size it was a good price, it’s huge and I was impressed by that, but I don’t think this is a couch I would recommend to anyone just because it’s already wearing down with 2 people who weigh under 200 lbs using it.”

Very Comfortable and Plenty of Room

“I really like the color, feel, comfort and look of this couch. However, after a few months of having it, the chase side and the other end of the couch started making noises when sat on or when you adjust yourself.
I did not like how the bottom of the couch did not come with holes pre-drilled so that the legs could be attached. I also did not like how cheap the leg pieces were made. I plan on making my own and staining them black to match the existing legs.”

“3 kids and 2 dogs later this thing is still holding up. I don't typically buy Ashley because I assumed it was cheaply made stuff. Which they have different tiers of quality but this one was worth it. My only complaint was the seat cushions aren't reversible and moving to several apartments this thing is hard to fit in some living rooms.”

“It was the look I was going for, within a few months of mild use the seats became saggy there isn’t any way to prevent it as you can’t flip them not even the seat saver ( board you place under them could ) Fastforward to now not even a year later and I’m already looking for a new sectional, moral of the story they are nice to look at only.”

Beautiful but will it last

“The couch is really beautiful and soft but I’ve had it for about two weeks now and one of the cushions has loose threads coming up. For reference I live alone and have only say in the couch a couple hours a day at most and not even in the same spot. So far this is my only complaint but for it only being two weeks I don’t know how long the couch will hold up. Will update in a few months.”

“I got this sectional delivered a few weeks ago. It looks perfect in my room and is super comfortable. I would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the chaise part loudly creaking after only having it for two weeks. The cushion on the chaise even looks like it is already starting to sag. They are sending a technician out to look at it next week and I am hoping this issue can be resolved.”

Doesn't last!

“This couch does not last. We purchased this couch in 2021. By 2023 it had already given out, and when you are spending this kind of money for furniture, you expect it to last.
All of the cushions are sunken and flat. The chaise has an indention where people sit. It makes your back hurt.
We tried to fix the cushions last year but the couch continues to break down. We are currently shopping for a new one on 4 years later which is extremely disappointing because we genuinely loved the couch.
This is the second time we have left this review. The first one never popped up, which is odd.”
