“I’ve had this couch for two years, and the quality has been underwhelming from the start. The cushions lost their support almost immediately, forcing me to buy inserts just to prevent sinking. The frame has started creaking, and the fabric pills and fades over time. The worst issue is with the chaise section—there’s a noticeable gap where the corner and chaise cushions meet, making it uncomfortable to sit on. To make matters worse, I purchased a five-year warranty that specifically covers pet stains, yet the company refused to honor it after our puppy had a seizure. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve taken great care of this couch, but it simply hasn’t held up. Very disappointed, and I would never recommend this company until they stand by their warranty and their products.”

“We've had this couch for 2 years now. While it looks nice the quality has not lasted. The fabric has been filling for at keast a year now, the cushions have sunk in. Especially where the larger chase is, your butt just sinks in. The back pillows that are attached are too bulky & you need a pillow behind your lower back or your so pushed forward. It's not supportive or comfortable if you have back problems. We were laying sideways with pillows to prop us up because the back pillows were weird. We then decided to order the autumn in thinking when we lay that way, we can put our feet up and something else. The ottoman is SO big you can't walk around it without pushing it to one side to sit on the couch. .It's a great "short term" couch, because it looks nice & it's versatile because you can move cushions,chase & ottoman around. I'm already searching for a new couch.”

“I got this couch three years ago and I’m still completely obsessed with it. I often sleep on it instead of in my bed - it’s that comfortable. Because of its size, it’s perfect for having conversations with friends. I also love the look of it. Nearly everyone that visits me compliments me on it. Admittedly three years, the cushions are getting a little worn and less firm - but it remains as comfortable as ever. The fabric is quite durable and has withstood spills and stains. Can’t recommend it enough, especially for the price.”

Easy to clean, yes the cushions sink

“We have had this couch for two years. I was nervous to have such a light colored couch. The cushions have sunk in, but we added foam pads from Joann's and it plumped the couch right back up. This couch is sat on pretty much every day because we live in an apartment and its the main piece of furniture. Couch sits 6-7 people, could probably squeeze more. So it is heavily used! The biggest part of this review is the fact that even though our dog tragically threw up on one of the cushions (dark brown and nearly 25% of the cushion). To make it worse, it was definitely overnight and had dried on the couch. SURPRISINGLY, I was able to soak in hot (like wear gloves or burn your skin hot) water, added some laundry detergent, scrubbed, and threw in threw in the washer machine with some fabric softener, detergent and stain remover from oxyclean and no staining. I will not add the throw up photos for those that get grossed out, but believe me when i say it was BAD.”

“I’ve had this couch for two years now. The cushions give out immediately. I’ve had to buy inserts to put under the cushions so you don’t sink. The structure of the couch has started to creak. The fabric pills and becomes dull over time. On the side where the longer chase is, your butt will sink through the crack where the corner cushion and the chase cushion meet. Let me be clear, I have treated this couch very well and its quality is not good. The only thing I love about it is it’s has the two chases to lounge on. If you do get the couch, just go ahead and buy the ottoman so if you sit in the middle cushions you can be comfortable with your feet on something since the cushions aren’t very deep.”

“The couch is absolutely beautiful and fits my living space perfectly. I do have a toddler and I’m pretty strict with. She is not allow to eat or drink outside of her designated eating areas, but there has been times where she has managed to sneak and make a stain or two . The clean up was so easy. Still looks pretty darn white. I purchased my couch about a year 1/2 ago.. it’s still looks pretty good. I am noticing some areas are loosing its shape and appears to be “sinking “ mostly on the two chases . It’s not too bad. i have some decorative throws on the couch so most guest do not notice . Although I love this couch I don’t feel like it will last more than another year or so.. I’m already mentally preparing myself for purchasing a new couch in the next year or so. If you are single or don’t have very many on and off the couch this maybe a good purchase for you. I just don’t feel This material holds well for family’s or constant lounging.”

“I have waited 4 months to write this review. For the price, the quality it should have just isn't there. This is not my first purchase with Ashley, but it will be my last. Just with everything else the prices have gone up and quality has declined. The cushions are the cheapest I have EVER had. They cannot be rotated, the fabric is ONLY on the top and the front, the rest of the cushion is a scratchy black material. None of them line up properly, some are too big and others seem too small. I also did not receive all of the pillows that were to be included and when I called about it I was told they were not included because I chose to customize and change the color of material which I was told opposite at time of purchase. If you are looking to purchase something to last a decent amount of time, this is not it. We are already looking to replace it 🙄”

“Super comfortable couch, deep seated and stylish. Even though the color is beige it’s not prone to staining, I’ve had a few spills that I was able to clean well off this couch. The only downside is it took a few months for me to get my couch delivered. Also if you live in NYC and need to have it disassembled you will have to pay the fee twice as there are two pieces to the couch. I’ve had this couch for over a year now and I have no complaints.”

“Not sure why people are saying this couch sinks so badly and so quickly. Maybe all those people do is sit on the couch and never move hence the quick deterioration. After sitting on it for a year and a half, it is still firm. However, I guess I only sit on it for a couple of hours each night. Some fabric seems to loosen up with stretching, but if you wash the cushion cover and rotate the cushions you will get even wear and my sofa still looks brand new. I have been able to easily get out a small blood stain and red wine stains. To each his own. The only con is that the couch is very huge, which I knew when I bought it. If you plan on moving, this can making moving a little difficult as it won't fit in just any space.”

“We bought this sectional in October and when it arrived I was so happy. However, my husband and I started noticing a moldy smell, couldn't figure it out. I go to lift the cushions and the fabric is damp as if someone poured water on it. We couldn't understand why this was and thought it was a fluke thing. We took a blow dryer and dried it, put cushions back. A few days go by and I'm smelling this smell again and lift the cushions once more. Same problem! It's always DAMP!! Is anyone else having this problem? Is it the fabric? I don't know wth to do bc on my receipt it states we cannot return it.”

“I’ve had this couch for almost two years, LOVE IT. My cats did scratch it up pretty bad, but I’ve recently trained them not too. Since then I’ve been considering rebuying it when it’s time to move. It’s that great. One of my cats sleep on the very top cushions and it hasn’t started to sag from it like other couches does. Stains come out pretty easily with carpet cleaner. I’ve spilled cranberry juice on it and you could never tell. My only complaint is it’s now $1000 more than it was when I first got it. So it makes me re think rebuying it despite how much I love it.”

“This is a beautiful aesthetically pleasing sectional however, it has not held up well. It took some breaking in for it to be comfortable but I’ve had the sectional for a little over a year and the cushions have began to dip and flatten. I’ve made quite a nice butt indent on my favorite seat of the couch but if it’s been too long I can feel the wooden of frame on the edge. I do love the sectional but give it a low rating because I know I’ll have to replace it way sooner than I’d originally hoped.”

The chase part can be moved to different area since it is held by an ottoman (look close) so at times we move it next to the other end of the couch and create a big chase. So much fun!! “I’ve had this sectional for about four years, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it. I regret purchasing it mainly because of the fabric color — it simply doesn’t stay clean. Over time, it has turned into a dull, dingy cream, even with regular spot cleaning. In fact, spot cleaning made it worse, as the cleaned areas stood out from the rest. While the couch is very comfortable, it now looks worn and unattractive in my home. Even everyday dust in the air seems to discolor it.”

“This couch is probably my favorite piece of furniture. It’s so comfy. So soft and easy to snuggle into. I purchased it about 2.5 years ago and even with 2 big, crazy dogs, it still looks and feels new. I only took on star off bc the right chaise has a piece the hold up the cushion that isn’t attached so it shifts around easily. Not a big deal at all but I’d rather the whole thing be attached.”
