Fabric does not hold up

“Beautiful couch at first but does not hold up whatsoever. The fabric started to pull within two months of use, to the point where full fabric strings were coming out. I replaced the cushions covers once, and within a year they already need replaced again.”

Cute and comfy but fabric won't hold up past 6 mos to a year.

“Love the look of this couch, the color and the comfort BUT big warning on the fabric wear and tear and it's doesn't hold up for long at all. By about 6 months like the other reviews, the pilling started and started to see strings at the seams. I used a little shaver for the pilling but barely made a difference. Then, just a couple weeks ago (15 mos after delivery Sept 2023), I saw a tear in the seam of a cushion and then three tears on the chaise section of the cushion and am so upset by this. Past the 1-year warranty and had warranty on all of my other wood items but didn't do this sectional - ugh. I'm gonna call to see if I can at least get a replacement cover for the chaise and gonna try to use some fabric patching and buy some cushion covers (which I hate the look of) to see if I can get another year out of this couch before I probably need to find something new. I'd recommend finding a better quality sectional to put your money into, even though I wish this one had turned out better. Never had a sectional lacking like this one and have had several over the years.”

“We went to the actual store and looked at this sectional, its comfortable to sit on and stretch out. The back cushions are attached which is what I wanted and it's the perfect size for our living room. We were only looking for a sectional but decided to get the whole living room set since the price in-store was too good to pass by...Very happy with this purchase”

Stay away from this couch!

“If i could give it zero stars i would. The material is terrible and rips or wears out within a year of purchasing. The cushions have gone flat as well. Save your money….. I had to re order the cushions and covers a year after i bought the original sectional. Now i have to do the same thing again because the replacement covers have frayed and ripped just by sitting on them. I have again tried to order replacement covers / cushions and thins time i have been given or transferred to 3 different numbers to which no one has been able to help me.”

Do not buy with pull out couch

“If you never want to sit on this couch, this is the couch for you. If you sit on the cushions, they dip into the bottom of the couch so you have to pull the cushions back out each time you sit on them. The cushion for the chaise lounge separates so you have to slide it back into place. Looks like a beautiful couch, but not functional at all.”

“Comfortable and supportive, at first. The seats aren't very deep (front to back). The chaise cushion isn't secure, so it slides a lot when you sit in the corner. I tried Velcro tape, with no success.
The seat cushions have maintained their shape for three years, but the "platform foundation" has not. Since the piece was out of warranty, I unscrewed the plastic feet and removed the muslin dust cover. The acclaimed no-sag, better-than-springs support system is nothing more than a nylon deck attached to the front of the frame with a tack strip and the back of the frame via Pirelli-style straps. The tack strip had almost completely pulled off, creating TREMENDOUS sagging. I spent several hours repairing it. It held for a few hours.
The fabric separated in several seating areas. The local Ashley service center was kind enough to replace all of the seat covers, but the new covers have begun to separate in areas, too.
For the clearance price, it may okay for a year or two. Don't expect it to last much longer.”
