“Wouldn’t recommend if you have pets. In less than 2 years the cushions are destroyed. You can’t order replacement cushions or covers.”

DONT BUY AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL

“Don’t buy haven’t even have this furniture 6 weeks and the cushions are sagging like they are missing material my whole experience with ashley was not good at all got no paper work initial had to constantly call about my order they tell me it’s canceled then find out it’s not finally get it after all the problems going back and fourth get the furniture and here it is not even 6 weeks and cushions are sagging have no children living with me just me and my husband ridiculous call them this morning to tell me someone will get with me in 48 hours for them to come out and see what they can do which chances are no one will call and i’ll have to call again AGAIN DINT BUY

“It's just okay. The cushions started pilling and our couch is only a few months old. I shave off the poles once a month. We had to Velcro the chaise cushion down because it kept sliding off. It still creates a deep indent when you lay on the chaise side. The sleeper mattress is awful, you will definitely need a mattress topper to make it manageable for any guest. Wouldn't buy it again.”

“We have 3 children and we have had this sectional for over 2 years and it still like new-my in laws visited and slept on the bed part-and my father in law is 6’4” and 250 pounds(I have a 2” memory foam topper that I put on the provided pad) and they had no problems. If someone has this for 2 years and it’s destroyed it’s only because they abused it. It’s a great value as was the dressers we bought there.”

“Poorly designed and sleeper mattress is about as comfortable as laying on a rock. Cushions sink in at the end of the couch where the l shape is and the cushion on the l shape part doesn’t stay on and you constantly have to push it back on. Wish I never bought it.”

“The material doesn’t hold up after 2+ years. The seating area “pills” and falls apart in the front to back direction. Comfort-wise it’s ok, the cushions slide off though, especially the chaise cushion.”

“Fabric started pilling after a couple of months of use. Sleeper mattress is extremely uncomfortable and sofa is noisy sitting down on and getting up. I’ve had this sofa for almost 5 years and it’s been falling apart just as long as warranty we purchased through Ashley wouldn’t cover the issues because they weren’t an “isolated incident” it was just the wear and tear of the couch.”
