“I've only had it a few days but I read other reviews about the chaise cushion sliding around. That is true but I was most disappointed by the color. It's BLUE and looks even more blue in full light. It's in the basement where it won't be used much but the color doesn't work with my decor.”

Don't waste your money.

“I definitely do not recommend this fabric for pet owners. We have had it for 2 years now, and the cushions are all worn and tearing. Our dog does sit on the couch, but even where she doesn't lay it is ripping. The pet hair is extremely difficult to get out of the fabric. After washing the cushion covers, they started pilling. Overall, I would not recommend this couch.”

“Color is pretty. It’s a charcoal grey that leans a little blue. Back cushions hold up well. The sectional pieces stay together well. The downfall is that the seat cushions wear quickly. Lots of pilling of the fabric as well. Fyi for any cat lovers, this fabric isn’t cat friendly!”

Beautiful But Doesn't Last

“I bought this set 2 years ago and I loved the look and especially the chaise lounge. I even ordered the recliner to go with the set. After a few months the cushions started to break down and it felt like we were sitting on the metal bars of the sleeper. It was so uncomfortable we tried to alternate the cushions but that didn't help. I started sitting in the recliner more than the couch just so I can sit comfortably but that too has become uncomfortable. I have medical issues and it has come to the point that I can't even sit in my living room. Its so upsetting that after spending the money we did on this set it looks and feels like a 10 year old couch.”

“We have had our couch for 4 years now and looks and feels like garbage. The fabric is horrendously pilled and the couch cushions slip off the couch constantly. The couch is no longer comfortable and looks a decade older than it is. This is absolutely not a long term investment couch. If you want a couch to last longer than 2 years, spend your money elsewhere”

“I have had the couch for a year. After searching for 8 months and several visits to the store, I decided to purchase. Shortly after delivery i had buyer's remorse. The chaise has no velcro under the pillow so it is constantly shifting which is annoying. I can't believe they wouldn't secure the pillows. I can already see wear on the chaise since this is where I sit often. The light grey color and style is beautiful but I don't think it will last another year.”

“Overall I’m pretty impressed with this couch so far. The fabric is great, it’s firm without being uncomfortable, and it fits our space perfectly. However, I was cheap and didn’t order the installation package and we had to drill our own holes in the bottom for the feet. They were a hassle to put on. So keep that in mind when buying! Other than that this couch is great and seems pretty well made.”

Yesterday we went to pick it up and when we unpacked it it came back damaged, we called customer service and they asked us for some photos and today they called and said that we have to pay $85 to fix it because we didn't notice when we picked it up (if I buy something new the last thing I expect is for it to come back damaged) terrible service”

“I’ve had this couch a little bit over a year and the material is terrible…the chaise has a tear right in the middle and all the seat cushions have major piling. I got a warranty and they rejected my claims for replacement seat covers. The couch would be great if they would make it with totally different fabric. I had my previous couch from Ashley for 8 years to say that this fabric is ripping and looks so terrible after a year and a couple months just tells you how bad this material is.”

“I purchased this couch a year ago. Seat cushions do not withstand use. They quickly began to show wear and piling. Like an old cheap sweater! About every 2 weeks, I spend about an hour with a sweater shaver removing the piling. Pic for reference of how much I remove each time. I purchased the warranty, but piling is an exclusion. Cushions have lost their shape. They aren’t reversible, so you cannot flip them over. They continuously slide out and have to be pushed back into their place. I wish I had paid more attention to bad reviews before I purchased. I would give zero stars if I could.”

“Comfortable couch but use the mattress for a week and noticed some stains on the back ( mold and moist) Had to fight with the store to get it replaced since the insurance didn't want to replace it. 2nd mattress after few months of use ( few daus a week) same thing happened. No water was drop on it but again stains due to moist on the back Thinking buying a new mattress. Probably the issue is coming from the material holding the mattress”
