“Overall I like the way this couch looks but if you have kids or are a bit heavier I wouldn’t recommend. We had it less than a year and it sinks in bad. They replaced it with a new one and once again sinking in bad. It’s on the cheaper side, but cheap isn’t always good.”

“Received my couch a week ago and I absolutely love it! The only thing I would change is to have the cushion on the chaise attached to the fixture. The cushions are firm and very comfortable! I highly recommend this couch!”

“I walked into the Ashley Furniture store in Fresno after I had been searching online and in local furniture stores for the perfect couch for me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly by Lee, and she understood I was on a timeline on my lunch hour. She quickly took me through the store and showed me a few key pieces and I liked what I saw immediately and told her I would see her Saturday. I came in that Saturday and I purchased this couch and also the faux leather chair. The pieces are not from the same collection but they look amazing together. During my visit and the purchase of these pieces Lee did need to consult a couple different managers and the managers were extremely helpful and work the purchase in my favor. I have shared with friends and family the great customer service I received from Ashley Furniture in Fresno California and I would definitely go back there.”

“Our last Ashley couch we had for over 7 years and still have it in an extra family room. We bought the altari a little over a year ago and slowly the stitching is awful on the cushions. It’s falling apart from regular use. So disappointed in how the quality makes a year old couch look very old. People need to file consumer complaints with their local attorney generals offices. This is not what a product should do for the high cost after just a year.”
