Furniture is poor quality and Protect All extended warranty is not worth it. They won't cover any damage.

“Frame broke after 1 year & they did come out to fix it. It was never the same. That spot kept squeaking. 3 years later, the frame broke again and now they aren't going to fix it. Even bought the extended warranty and that is a joke. They will find anything to not have the couch covered. Horrible customer service once they have your money. In their case, the customer isn't always right and they will do whatever they can to not fix or replace the couch. Also the cushions flatten out quickly.”

“The couch is comfortable, but after only 1.5 years of use it shows A LOT of wear. Pilling everywhere, loose threads, and misshapen pillows. After only 1.5 years we are looking for a new couch.”

Stiff, Shallow, and Short-Lived

“If you want a sofa for cozy movie nights, do NOT get this couch. If you need something stiff for a doctors office waiting room, this might work. This couch is rock-hard, ridiculously shallow (tall people beware), and started falling apart after a year. Honestly, I was relieved when it broke because at least then I had an excuse to replace it. If you want cozy, look into the "Lerenza" sectional at Ashley instead. We tried that one at the local store and it is what I wish we got from the beginning.”
