“We have an large family room (20x27) with an odd symmetry. Very difficult to decorate. When I comtemplated that a sectional might be the answer my family remided me I hate them. I usually do because they are more modern and like the look of a pillow back but want them attached. My style is a blend of traditional and cottage. After 9 stores and 2 trips out this was our last stop. Most sofas looked good but weren't comfortable. We saw this huge sectional and loved it.
Would have liked the seat cushions to be reversable and would have paid extra, but did not notice they weren't before having it delivered.
Have cleaned spills (including coffee) and it get soiled from 2 Rotts rubbing on it. It has done great with just a water or a little white vinegar add. I use a cloth and blot with a towel.”

I love this sectional!

“I bought this 4 piece sectional 3 or so years ago and I love it! I get compliments on it all the time. The only issue I have is the chase lounge cushion has a dent where I sit now. I'm not sure if I can purchase a replacement, or what to do about it. The fabric is in fantastic condition and has held up wonderfully.”

“This is a beautiful couch but it is so uncomfortable. This is not like the comfy floor model I fell in love with. It is so hard/stiff that I have my kids bouncing on it to try to soften it up.”

“We bought this couch because we have loved our previous Ashley couches and furniture. Unfortunately this one is awful. The cushions flatten fast. We had some replaced and the new ones did the same thing. The back pillows flatten out as well. The fabric pills super easily. I am constantly shaving the fabric because the warranty and extended warranty doesn’t cover it. It also stains super easy. We have had it cleaned through the warranty and just aren’t impressed. Our last couch lasted over 8 years and you would never know it. I am so disappointed and sad we didn’t get something else.”

“Our previous ASHLEY couches were used and abused for 8 years and never made a noise, we got the 4pc Baceno set and the chaise started creaking since day 2, then the long couch on day 5, we used them for 10 days and ALL the cushions are flat, the fabric is so loose on the foam and the back rests are definitely deflated. We sadly found out that the company changed their serpentine springs for webbing which should not loose elasticity so soon (2 weeks!), the repair team came at 11am and told us this was the 3rd. call of the day and although they can change the webbing, can't guarantee to stop the creaking. These couches are going back!”

“The size and configuration of the sectional are perfect for my family room. However, after six months of use, the piece is already looking tired and breaking down. Two sections creak noisily whenever the person sitting on them moves. The seat cushions are compressing and will not spring back up. The back cushions have flattened in areas that have the most frequent use. The sectional is in a secondary family room so it is not getting constant use. Nor is it being used by large people (the largest family members is 170 pounds) or jumped on by toddlers. I am disappointed in my purchase and would not recommend the product to a friend.”

Great, comfortable neutral sofa

“Absolutely love this neutral, classy and comfortable sofa. The fabric is very easy and relaxed, you don't have to worry about spilling on it. The seating is really comfortable, appropriately cushioned and relaxing. I bought this sofa because it was one of the only ones that fit my living room wall dimensions perfectly. however, I don't think I could have done any better! You could sleep on it, it is that comfy. Now I looked at lots of other sofas, including the ones that you can move around and change, but this one has the most classic and comfortable look. Back pillows are the right balance so that the fabric looks nice, and it's cushy to sit back on. You can move around the pieces if you want. I like the color which goes with my gold and grey neutral color scheme. I did switch out the throw pillows for some softer chenille solids, which i think modernized and softened the look. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!”
