Bad quality. Not built to last more than 4years

“Got my sectional around the end of 2019 well just a few days before Christmas 2019 and here it is just the beginning of 2025 and I would say it only had a normal, no jumping on just normal seating. Hasn't been moved since I put inside my home and the seats under the pillows have come apart, the fabric. So now you sink when you sit on it. The chase wooden back under the pillow broke. The ottoman has sunken down in the middle. Just bad quality. I loved my set and still do but it looks like I will be purchasing another one really soon and didn't want too. It really sucks that I have to get one this Soon.”

“I love the couch however it does pill and one of the cushions did not come with the zipper so I can’t take it off and wash it.”
